Biennial Ownership Report Due

Wednesday, December 1, 2021
Event Details

Licensees of all AM, FM, full-power television, Class A television, and low-power television (LPTV) and non-commercial broadcast stations must file a biennial ownership form every two years in order to report all attributable interests in the Licensee.

Biennial Form 323 or 323-E must be filed by December 1 in all odd-numbered years. Accordingly, the 2021 filing window opened on October 1, 2021, and must be filed by December 1, 2021. The information reported on Biennial Form 323 must be current as of October 1, 2021.

If a Licensee holds multiple station licenses and the information submitted on the Licensee’s ownership report is equally applicable to each license, the Licensee may file a single Form 323 listing all such licenses.
